Director and Co-Founder

After graduating with an honours degree in Economics, Business & Finance from Aberystwyth University, Ian worked various roles during a 17 year period within the utilities industry before a chance encounter led him to accept his first directorship in the recruitment sector.

That was the start of his recruitment journey and after 6 successful years, Ian joined forces with a former colleague who shared a similar vision to create All Class Solutions Ltd.

Away from work, Ian enjoys listening to classic rock music, playing guitar, watching football and spending time with his family (not necessarily in that order)!!
